Hi, my name is Len. I am a native of the Triad, having grown up in Stokes and Forsyth Counties. I now live in High Point with my wife Angela, our two dogs Andy (Pomeranian) and LuLu (Great Dane), and our cat Roscoe P. Coltrane.

For some real estate may be a job, but for me it is a passion. I love what I do! I have been in the housing industry for many years in various capacities. My first job out of high school was as a carpenter for a local builder where I built homes all over the Triad for a number of years. In 1998 I began a career in Manufactured/Modular Homes and soon after acquired a franchise in Burlington, NC. I later worked for a national mortgage company as a Loss Mitigation Manager handling foreclosed properties throughout Central North Carolina.

(Feb. 2009) Len Montgomery of GMAC Real Estate / The REALTY Team was recently honored at the GMAC Real Estate Business Conference with a special citation for outstanding achievement in production as a Top 25 Rookie of the Year.
           
Local Agent Receives Recognition, AwardsMontgomery is one of a select group of GMAC Real Estate Sales Associates nationally to receive a Top 25 Rookie of the Year Award for outstanding achievement in for GROSS COMMISSION INCOME or CLOSED UNITS during their first year in the real estate business. Montgomery received both awards and was the Top Rookie with GMAC Real Estate for the state of North Carolina as well.
